Nice work .. quick observation . maybe an extra tool pass with a 45 degree chamfer tool will save you all that manual deburring after the part is finished ..

When you are doing the first op, how you keep the bottom face straight in the vice so it will be parallel to the face that you are milling?
@maybedanycan2023

I have spacers under the part. The spacers are faced parallel after I mount them to the table.
@Evo_mc

@@maybedanycan2023 Yep, but when you have raw faces, especially with that kind of part that are ways off square, the vice when it close pull up 1 corner, so the faces of the 1 op are off square on the bottom of the part, or at least in my experience, your vice don't do the same?
@maybedanycan2023

@@Evo_mc I do have that problem sometimes but on this order I didn't. That will depend which way it's not square also the jaws in my vices have miteebite grippers attached. This way there is a much lesser chance of it moving during clamping.

Bottom of part is already machined in first op. At second op, part is sit on this machined face, so up and bottom faces are parallel and walls are parpendicular to them. Probably there is not any tolerance for pocket (holding bolts was placed in second op) Maybe, just maybe, I am not sure, It would be better to add little 2-3 peninsulas to part at laser-cutting, Hold the part by pressing on these peninsulas, join these two operations in one operation, finish the part, Then machine peninsulas as far as 0,08-0,1mm to apart, Break these little bridges then debur the marks. Thanks for the video Dany, I would not share my idea which is above, if not see this investment on the part. Forming tap and reamer with internal coolant, hydraulic vise etc... Best regards 😇
