Thanks for the great information in your video... Just like Ratha below but I was watching your video and ordered SterlingCool about half way through! I have been in the CNC plasma for just over 4 years (mostly offroad fab) but do a little sign art also. It is amazing how many friends you have when they find out you have a CNC plasma table... I literally just did my 3rd clean out and am looking forward to putting SterlingCool in my table. Four years of straight water, borax and what ever chemical I put in there, I cant wait!!! Please post another video of the LMT if you use it, my table is only about 40 gallons so the SterlingCool is going to last me at least 2 years. IAFF local 1622 29 years!

I have a 5x10 wescott I’m about to start running it for the first and I wanna use sterlingcool how many 5 gallons would I need

Start with 4 pail order. You should be in the range of 200 to 250 gallons for table. 20:1 solution will put you around 12 gallons. It's ok to start a little heavy at 15 gallons or 3 pails of Sterlingcool then you will have one pails left to maintain with. I highly recommend getting a refractomer off Amazon to check and maintain concentration at a 2 to 2.5 level on the refractomer

How often do you have to refill your table seems like I’m constantly adding water to mine every 2 weeks water level drops is this normal

my company offers a better cutting fluid I would like for you to try. LMT & Supply Plasma Cut. I guarantee you will like it better and at a better price point!
