with clear acrylic and the leds shining through the sign it would have looked amazing

I'm wondering why clear acrylic wasn't used. The blue diffuses and pretty much eliminates all the light.

when you cut acrylic or plexglass are you using low or high RPM and moving machine fast or slow? my always get melted

Cool work Andy! What kind of bit you used for engraving acrylic? i dont get a nice bottom with the ones i have used...

+Jorge Luis Buenfil Gomez Thanks for the comment! I use a specific plastic cutting bit. Speeds and feeds are a bit tricky but buy a little more material and run some test cuts. Google plastic cutting router bit. They are typically labeled "something O' Flute" bits!
