This is a quick and easy Kebab recipe which will be the highlight of your Party. This is an amazing Party starter
Ingredients
350 gms Mutton mince ( fine ground)
1 medium onion finely chopped
3 tablespoons fresh chopped coriander leaves
2 tablespoons fresh chopped mint leaves
3 green chillies finely chopped
1 teaspoon ginger garlic paste
1/2 teaspoon cumin powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
1/2 teaspoon pepper powder
1/2 teaspoon kashmiri chilli powder
1/2 nutmeg grated
1 chicken stock cube grated
2 tablespoons bread crumbs
2 tablespoons corn flour
Juice of 1/2 lime or lemon
1 egg
500 ml oil for frying
Method
Mix together 350 gms Mutton mince ( fine ground),1 medium onion finely chopped, 3 tablespoons fresh chopped coriander leaves, 2 tablespoons fresh chopped mint leaves, 3 green chillies finely chopped, 1 teaspoon ginger garlic paste, 1/2 teaspoon cumin powder, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder, 1/2 teaspoon pepper powder, 1/2 teaspoon kashmiri chilli powder, 1/2 nutmeg grated, 1 chicken stock cube grated, 2 tablespoons bread crumbs, 2 tablespoons corn flour, Juice of 1/2 lime or lemon and
1 egg.
Take a teaspoon and ball a spoonful of the kebab mixture and make a round meat ball. This mixture should get you 25 to 27 meat balls
Set them aside
Place a wok or kadai on medium heat and add 500 ml oil to this
Heat the oil and drop half the meat balls in this and deep fry on medium heat for 6 to 7 minutes
These will cook well as they are bite sized meat balls, with the mince finely ground hence they don't need more time to cook
Remove and set aside for 5 to 10 minutes before serving
You can pierce a toothpick in each of them so they look presentable for your starter service
Enjoy these with some mint chutney or just tomato ketchup
