Coconut burfi is a simple sweet recipe which requires very few ingredients. The main ingredients are coconut and sugar. Ghee and cardamom also added for it. Grate the coconuts and make the gratings a coarse powder. This is added to the highly concentrated sugar syrup. The consistency of sugar syrup reduced due to adding fresh coconut. Again cook for nearly 20 minutes, until the mixture thickens. Then shift it into a greased tray, mark the pieces while it is already hot. But separate the pieces only after they are completely cooled.
