Probably the clearest instructions on how to build a codeplug for the Radioditty GD-77 on KZitem. I'm just waiting to take delivery of a Radioditty GD-77, so I am learning how to build a code plug for it in the meanwhile. I chose this radio as my entry into DMR. Thank you for the video.

I have just bought a Baofeng RD-5R and made a Pi-Star hotspot. The radio programming looks almost exactly same as for your GD-77. Your series of videos have really helped me get my system setup and working. Excellent work.

Brilliant brilliant brilliant. Thank you so much. I'm so old I needed to watch the pair of videos over and over again but it was worth it. My md380 can now access my local brandmeister repeater . Best 73s from G4JGH

That Double zone screen is the default startup channels for when you have it in double wait set to on, so where it had zone1 & zone2 was the upper frequency & lower frequency displayed on the screen. And when you have double wait disabled it will default to the (what is called) zone1, channel 17 for example, so you select the defaults this way... I realise that it's been a few months since you uploaded this clip and no doubt you have already discovered what I've just said! 😉

I just bought this. I don't care to have a hotspot yet, but I am interested into the memories for local use. I'll casually use DMR and ease into it. Gotta get my DMR ID.
