Nice one Warro. I recognise this spot from two of your old clips - one with CB125F and one with Halcyon reborn. I'm interested in this GB350, but am determined to wait until they bring in some gloss colours (or a 500 version!). No question the reborn is a better looker, but the RE dealer network is poor, so if you breakdown far from home on a RE, you are on your own. Whereas there's always a Honda dealer nearby...

to get to this location it was an easier ride in on both bikes mentioned BUT hard rough going on final run to the river. last wednesday on the gb350 it was rough going in as my previous clip showed but the drop to the river had been graded so no-where near as dicey...lol check out my previous clip and you see fb350 running along at 70/80 kph on the dirt and very stable plus i ran whole trip with traction control on too. bit of a hard call which would be better overall as both are good bikes. but in out of the way long distance runs id say the gb350 would be hard to beat

@@andrewgreen6060 maybe...or maybe not...lol well on this trip i had a sort of sore throat and some-how picked up some type of URV infection - so next day i felt stuffed. a few days later went to the dr's after the tests he said nothing he can give for an upper respiratory infection so stay out of the cold and just wait it out. so im totally out of riding commission and have really no choice but wait it out till i feel i can take the risk. sounds a bit dramatic but i think if i did ride out in the cold-got into another coughing fit and have other issues then -id say it would be party over for me...lol i might go through some old files as id like to put up my 16,000 klm sports car road trip through centre of aust i did a few years back. some interesting landmarks and other stuff like local wildlife etc. might do that while i wait this out ....thats my plan appreciate the fact you inquired too. ...you could say FIRST..lol all the best!

I wish I could do these types of trips, just getting out of Sydney east coast takes over an hour, then 2 or 3 hours to get to a nice tranquil place without any people, then the return trip, it turns into an 8 hour trip, which is way to much for me. Not to mention the Sydney tolls which don't even speed the process up much but charge an arm and a leg. Great vid!

Hi Warro! I have been enjoying your videos, thank you for sharing. I live in Orange and know the lovely rural areas well. I just got my L’s and looking to buy a Scram 411 to go on trips like this to get away. Looking for advice… Where do you get your RE’s serviced (the nearest RE Dealer is 3 hours drive) or do you do it yourself?
@ridewithwarro
22 күн бұрын
well if you buy the 411 i would make sure you return to dealer for first service and after that its up to you. at least you'll keep your warranty or if you like suzuki vstrom 250 sx's local dealer has them for $6500 great bike i own one and well worth buying. no travelling for the services either
