Oh, I’m well stocked alright😂. I pick up several bags a month and put in the freezers. I also have a French press and pour over coffee pots. Overkill? Quite possible but no one wants to see me coffee deprived and angry. Not worth taking the chance😂.

Our breakroom used to have a "coffee center" up until 3 yrs. Employees were warned by the new GM in our facility: "Continue to steal the coffee pods, coffee creamers-(different flavors)- continue to not clean up the trash some chose to drop to the floor, the coffee station will disappear." 4 days later it ALL disappeared. Talk about the whining and the complaining!! THEY were advised to bring a FULL coffee mug and a thermos and accept the consequences of their laziness and theft.

I recall one of the devastating hurricanes in Florida. A young man got arrested bc he stole a pack of cigarettes and some coffee. When he appeared in court the judge asked why he had done this. He said, “your honor I figured if I had a cigarette and a cup of coffee, I could figure out what to do first. This told me that in the middle of devastation, how important simple pleasures can be to be able to refocus.

I’m starting to wonder is this all according to plan? The middle class and below are being priced out of many things slowly but surely. I’m ready. Another thing…. Pay down all debt!!! I keep saying it but it has helped us! We aren’t happy about it but we have wiggle room to weather this. Another thing we have always done is figured high for groceries and gas in our budget. I have been hearing for years about coffee, cocoa, rice and other crops for YEARS. Is it all planned? When I started looking into why things were the way they were and why some people were really prepping, I took it seriously. I am stocked. (Man, I love Arabica!) Kroger's own brands have doubled in the last couple of years. I will be getting more of the 4.99 cans. I got a bag of Lavazza, reg. over $11, on sale, buy-5 get$5, and a $3 coupon bringing it to $2.99. Seattle's Beast has been BOGO.

I normally drink all of my coffee at home, but met a friend out of coffee at a local shop. I could not believe that the place was packed on a Friday at 11am! They have booths, cafe tables and sofa chair groupings. There were at least 12 customers inside and a line at the drive thru! People haven’t cut back on coffee out yet so they know they can get away with raising the prices significantly from here!

I enjoy my coffee. When Arabica went out of our budget, my husband started buying a restaurant blend. Not great but doable. I have managed to make it taste like Arabica. I scrub, chop,and roast dandelion roots. Once cooled, I grind it in a coffee grinder.2/3 coffee and 1/3 dandelion root. I ran out of dandelion so now I am using burdock root.

We don't have dandelions in Florida, but they are great for liver detox. So you have healthy coffee. I also like the leaves mixed with other salad greens. To think Northerners poison them on their lawns 🙄

My husband loves the Kaui brand Kona coffee. A couple of months ago we got a good deal on it at Kroger plus there were coupons on it. I use the foil bags the Kcups come in so win win. Danno never talks about that coffee. I have pointed it out to him a few times

I went a couple years drinking less coffee aday and felt better . i over drank it years ago. I still like morning and early evening coffee.. Our gas hss risen .30 cent a gallon, our temps have dropped 30* degrees and ticks have ganged up on my husband. Unbelievable his job is in a wooded area. Not going back without tick and other insect repellent. One tickon thursday, 20 on friday. Uck..and they bury quick.

Vacuum packed coffee will last for at least 18 years.. I still have numerous vacuumed bricks that are around 15 years old, maybe older by now. Bought 1/2 gallon canning jars and an attachment for my food saver and have 6 gallons packed that way as well. Aldi's has a brand called Specialty Selected that I am buying now,, not only vacuumed, but is a great tasting coffee.

I know this will sit hard with die hard coffee addicts (which I'm not, but will occasionally drink a cup) but you would be wise to shift to adding tea . There's many types of tea that are medically advantageous. If you drink instant coffee and are deeply financially strapped, Dollar General, Family Dollar/Dollar Tree sell $1 boxes of 5/6 individual servings of Folgers, Taster's Choice,Cafe Bustelo and you can buy a box or 2 every trip to build up a stockpile before you see the big price jump being discussed

the real shame is we as consumers are to weak willed to deprive ourselves of products that we don't actually need to maintain life. for myself there are several products I have cut in half on, coffee being one of them. I can't really stock up on ground coffee because when it is out of date, it just tastes bad. I would only stock up on beans. Call me a coffee snob, but i will not drink crappy coffee. I have about 10 bags right now, and I usually drink one 14 oz mug a day. Papa Nicholas Hazel creme made in Naperville, Illinois, is my favorite.

@@gailhonadle5182 never bought them for my child, however at a concession stand they had them and he asked if he could try them once… I agreed, he took a couple of bites and pitched them in the trash. Same thing for PopTarts….

We love coffee grind our coffee fresh it makes a different and beans stay fresh longer than ground coffee

I get my coffee from costco. I get the whole bean because i heard they mix wood chips in the ground coffee, not sure if that's actually true. Im also in Cincinnati- montgomery area.

Buy chunky soups .any brands 500 gca tin Add some rice you can feed two people beef chicken,veg chicken,corn my favourite but you need beef also $4.40 a can half price $2.20 so store 100 mixed cans cambles/hindering chunky soup $440 worth for$2.20 100 cans its a good deal, one person 3 mths food Warm food in winter add noodles or pasta extra chicken or beef stocks for a touch more flavor with rice Same with tin fruit Buy on special 150 cans Herbs spices cheap half price spam on special, Han half price cheap corn beef it's good spread thin on toast with baked beans Oats, Buy kilos of honey it takes time to hit 6mths worth of food$3.000 worth but you eating and next year I bet all you brought if brought from 2/1 deals your saved $1200.00+ it's serious cash saved Jam, heaps of cheep jam and speeds peanut butter It all adds up shop smart And can veg cream corn, corn Carots, potato's in can 100 of each Heaps of packet mash But remember sweet potoes and pumkin grows wild like a vine and tomatoes extra free food

How do people say they have over a year supply of coffee? How do you keep coffee fresh that long. What's the way you can keep coffee fresh this long? I don't even know how you can keep coffee from becoming stale or moldy after a month but how do you keep coffee fresh Can somebody please tell me this
