The Coffs Harbour Kayak Fishing Tournament was one I have been looking forward to fishing, with both summer and winter species being a chance. It's the last kayak comp of the season and last year I missed out on what looked to be a good comp with both mackerel and nice sized snapper being caught in numbers. This year the fish where a little harder to come by but there was still some nice ones brought in. The most notable bing some nice sized Longtail Tuna and Snapper. Unfortunately i struggled to get anything decent with a couple of Mac Tuna coming on board and a few missed hits that will remain a mystery.
