Iron will seems like a good brawler doctrine if you correctly. Cycling units in and out Insta reinforcement is tricky to manage, but could be beneficial for players who have an aggressive assault play style.

Overpowered early game, somewhat good early mid game. At lategame you can be in trouble if you cant bleed out your enemy enough. Dont do too much placements vs arty doctrines, because your doctrine is much better going aggressive against them. So dont play passive too much. Emplacements you have are potent and with good price but after those fall youl need something to keep fighting on. getting early t34-85 and keeping them alive can save you when using them with rudel and free inf fausts. If you get kv2 by luck with the lotto thing, youl be very strong. Without it however youl eventually just fall to the abyss because allied call in spam. You can afford to loose inf, but not vehicles with this doc. And its super micro intensive and tricky to play tbf.
