last night i was searching through some coins and found a nice late stage struck-through capped die cent, I think 1996. the reverse is in pretty nice condition, I'm thinking about getting it certified and graded

Where in the world are you getting these boxes from? In my part of Utah, the banks won't give any more than two (2) rolls at a time. Seriously.

@@bossdogcoinrings Damn. Utah County isn't as generous. They treat cash and coins like it's rarer than hens teeth. They even get angry if you want to take cash out of the bank.

I get boxes from my bank if I don't bring them back. They pay to get them rolled and pay to get the back. They don't want to be a dump sight.

What do you do with all the left over pennies that weren't anything special?

I don't know what HE does, but just deposit them back into my account. You're really just renting the coins.

Depends on condition, at least 2 times face value.
