Simply Katarina I was sick the Christmas break week, I tried everything in that week nothing worked, so the following week I went to the natural food store and purchased oil of oregano. Within 3 days I felt better, with the "flu". Needless to say my cold was still there, and have been there to this day 1/14/17. I'm really frustrated nothing is working.

Rachael, I just wanted to let you know how much I enjoy your videos. I very much appreciate the time and work you put into all your editing choices and your content is right up my alley! I feel like you made the right choice in the direction you are choosing to take. My son is very close in age as your son. As a matter of fact, I was pregnant, watching all of your pregnancy videos so I feel like we experienced it together. Haha!! And I found that watching your videos while I was going through the same thing was all so helpful, especially all of the videos you made regarding baby products, post fitness, etc... CONGRATULATIONS!! I am so excited for you and your husband on baby # 2. I know it's tough girl, hang in there the next few months; you handled your first round like a pro and I'm sure you will do the same this time around. ;-) I hope you decide to incorporate baby videos this time around too. I miss them...my boy is 3 too!! they grow up so fast. I'm in the process of finding the perfect lunchbox. he started pre-school last week. Eek!! If you know of any bento box lunchboxes that are amazing, let me know!!!! thank you!

I know this is an old video...but if you haven’t found a store bought chicken stock you like, you should definitely try better than boullion. It’s a chicken base so it’s so much better than broth because you just add small amounts to water so you don’t have any chicken stock that doesn’t get used go bad! It’s also DELICIOUS. It’s a roasted chicken base.

Hi Rachel- quick immunity boosting tip for your soup! Garlic is incredible for your immune system because it's an antibiotic, but it has to be raw because allicin dissipates with heat exposure. Cut it open your garlic and let it sit for 10 minutes to maximize the health benefits. I've been doing it for years. I found an article that explains it pretty well: www.healthyandnaturalworld.com/common-mistakes-when-using-garlic-as-an-antibiotic/
