That's a beautiful 3rd gen Firebird. Looks in great and the exterior and interior looks to be original. It also has the L69 High Output 5 Liter V8 engine which was top of the line for these cars at the time. I also like the fact that it has the factory 215/65 R15 Goodyear Eagle GT tires and stock muffler with factory welded tail pipes. What a great find.

A good service, change fluids and filters, give it a thorough polish and hoover the inside: car is good as new. Maybe change the tires and brakes while you're at it :) And please preserve this beauty

I had one from like 1990-1994. It was all black though. Everything else the same. It had the 3:73 posi rear end. It was fast. Idk what the original owner had done to it, but it was faster than it should’ve been. I pegged the speedo at 145+ several times. I’m glad I survived.

Wow I bought one just like this in the late 90s I payed $500 for it. It had a terrible exhaust leak. And use to oil up the spark plugs. Drove it for 2 years like that’s. Until my brothers Camaro needed the rear end. So we used it as a parts car then junked the rest.

@@pankeaux filling the filter is likely sufficient, but it's not going to hurt... When a vehicle sits for an extended period of time ALL of the top-end oil drains to the pan. Back in trade school we watched a video of cold starts at varying temps and varying oil weights. It was alarming!! If my memory is correct 10w30 at -30c took almost 40 seconds to be visible out the pushrods/rockers. Was a bit of an eye opener!
