Ad10, what can i say? love this knife, it's really all around pound for pound almost perfect. With CS knifes, i usually two hand close them, They can snap shut quick. I swapped the clip for a deep carry.

Everyone who has an AD-10 is handling their knife while they watch this. Your knife should have its own pocket so it's easy to deploy when needed. I recommend picking out a knife you can cary comfortably in your back pocket as well. There might be. time when you want to deploy a knife and have it hidden from sight. The recon 1 might be a good back pocket knife., or perhaps a counter point.

Right on. The new Tanto AD10 is one of the smoothest operating Cold Steel Tri-Ad Folders that I have ever owned; I absolutely luv it. Well done, Bro! :-) Peace, Stiletto :-)

Thanks, you've reignited my desire for an AD10 though I absolutely do not need another knife! I went straight to Cold Steel UK to see what the prices are like now. ... I noticed the hollow grind on your knife, if I'm right then that means that yours is the 'lite' and so not G10 scales but GFN. They do look good. I'm thinking that Aus10A with GFN at a lower price is a great option, even preferable to the G10 and S35VN because you get the hollow grind??

It is not a lite, all of the lites are labeled as such. The tanto is a hollow grind by default and CS has switched between grinds on the drop point in the past.

I agree with everything you say. I even got a cut at the same spot on my index finger! You got to really be careful closing this thing. Awesome knife though, I've got the drop point blade.
