That was a true "Lovesong" for the SR1! Or maybe a "ballad", because of it`s length. Subscribed! 😄

I recently plunged my SR1 thru a manhole cover in order to rescue a small kitten. The knife just laughed.

I have the clip & tanto "lite" versions of this knife, and they're unbeatable! So I just ordered the premium SR-1 clip point cause to me, it's the ULTIMATE folder/EDC!!! You're 100% right. The SR-1, "IS" the most BADASS folder made, in my humble opinion... GREAT video here too btw!

The blade thickness is substantial, I have the SR1 lite and i used it to chop through 4-7 inch thick ice no problem. Good review o/ Subscribed 👍

great knife - if you want it protected - try the sr1 lite - its way cheaper and actually stronger - you would be suprised

Definatly a great knife, I currently have the lite version of it and although it's 8cr13 and grivory it's still can take a beating. Also have the 4Max Scout. Really enjoy all the testing as you really put them through their paces above and beyond what a normal knife is usually used for. Thanks for the look see and keep making sharp things fun and enjoyable.

@@customviking better steel on paper.... s35vn har better wear resistance on abrasive materials but on non abrasives like wood there will be no difference. It comes down to overall build. Stop pin is the most important on the triad lock and full steel liners second. Thanks for great content.... I do enjoy your videos

joex breaks it all down kzitem.info/news/bejne/kY-XnqiHhqmGeIo and kzitem.info/news/bejne/jo2Fv4uDfImcdG0 - i have the lite version - the softer steel is more tolerant of abuse - the harder steel is more brittle - it holds an edge better but can chip or snap under exaggerated use
