INGREDIENTS:
Minced chicken - 500 g
Onion - 2 pcs.
Egg
Semolina - 2 tbsp.
Garlic - 2-3 cloves
Spices (salt, black pepper, herbs for meat).
SAUCE:
Sour cream - 200 g
Water - 250 ml
Flour - 1 tbsp.
Garlic - 1 clove
Salt to taste.
✅How to cook cutlets in sour cream sauce.
1) Finely chop the onion and fry until golden brown. Cold.
2) Combine minced chicken, egg, cooled fried onion, garlic, semolina, spices. Mix well.
3) Form cutlets (1 tablespoon of minced meat = 1 meatball). Dip in flour and fry over medium heat on both sides until golden brown.
4) Sauce. Combine flour with water (50 ml) and mix with a whisk,
so that there are no lumps. Then add sour cream, garlic and salt to taste, as well as the remaining water (200 ml). Mix well until smooth.
5) When the cutlets are browned on the second side for 3-4 minutes, pour the sauce into the frying pan. Cover with a lid and leave on low heat for 12-15 minutes.
6) Turn off the heat and let it brew for 15-20 minutes.
