Loved your episode Greig and the rocks you've cut are fantastic. Every rock that's co/sliced is akin to looking at an unknown visual creation that's millions of years old making them each unique and wonderful.

That's kinda what the inside of her car looks like when go rock hounding, rocks everywhere. One year we went to New Mexico for about two weeks. Came back w/ so many rocks, we even stuffed them in the well where the spare tire resides,I think the only place we didn't stash them was under the hood. Well as always great video, when ever I watch your great vid's I always get a little bit jealous 😉 . Until next time me miner, good hounding and stay safe.

I had the same thought towards the end about the pyrite/gold question. Some of it i looked at and clearly i could tell it was pyrite, but there was one or two rocks where I thought if thats fools gold, it sure is convincing fools gold. I don't know for sure but it's funny you mentioned it too. Even in shade it still looked golden. TIP....instead of saying hardening, which is difficult to say, i say, i am going to try to harden it. Much easier on the mouth...lol

@@meMiner That's very true but a bit strong for someone who is in morning for his previous employer, I met her once, and philip, a very clever man by all accounts, had a good chat with him about my regiment and in particular Roger's Company, aka the black diamonds ( that was the flag) he was well versed, funny and someone who made you feel at ease, she greeted me as I pushed in her chair and I helped with discretion as she kicked off her shoes under the table and one went a little far, pretending I dropped my serving cloth, she thanked me for getting her out of a potentially awkward situation. He would have chatted all day and got me into trouble for having a conversation and messing up their timing. That was my job, meet, greet and seat, the only time I ever worked in the officers mess hall. Was she not involved in British Columbia.
