LMAO, I graduated college like 18 years ago, but you hit the nail on the head with most of my experience. The 1 year I lived in a dorm, my roommate dealt weed and our floors RA was one of his runners. Dude be getting free weed kick backs all the while knowing when a raid was going to happen and shielding his plug from prosecution. I also didn't graduate with a GPA cause we don't do that shit in Canada. My average was 85%. Sure, I graduated with a bachelor's degree in Broadcasting Television and Communications. But I also minored in Cannabis Cultivation.

This girl came up to me and asked for my number just to say she socialized, and we aren't friends but we can hang out without it being too awkward. Also, there is usually a plethora of events to go to, just to get out even if you don't plan on making a friend. Remember: it just starts with. "I need a friend, can I get your number? We can hang out." It's either a good yes or an embarrassing no. Yolo, Kid

Boring, the goal and reason most people go to college is to set yourself up for the future that I agree with. However, you can do drugs, go to parties, have fun with women all whilst still graduating. As long as you aren’t going into a graduate school or something your GPA doesn’t matter as long as you graduate. College is about having that first taste of freedom and having fun before you become an adult and have adult shit to do.

My dorm buddies were the best part of college. We were Comp Sci/IT majors so none of us ever got women, all we had were each other. We would cheat on tests together, sneak into classrooms with giant projectors after hours and stream movies, and most importantly, heist together. Payday 2 got me through those 4 years, and I managed to get everyone else as hooked as I was. College was a complete waste of time and didn't amount to me getting a great job (don't worry I eventually figured it out) but the boys were the reason why I didn't drop out midway through.

Been out of college for a while and you hit the nail on the head for everything but I do take some exceptions with dorms. Meaning, I wish I was able to afford a dorm since the college I went to the dorms and living expenses cost almost as much as the semester’s tuition! I liked hanging out in the dorms even if it was for projects mostly. I went to a college in the city near where I grew up and drove or took the train to my classes. I knew if I had a dorm I would have taken more opportunities to stay in contact with friends I made or join them for parties on campus. What was really isolating was having to commute to my college every day since by the time my junior year hit I was so jaded that I only went to college for my classes then went straight home to my parents. At least there I could get decent food and change my cloths but I still couldn’t shake the FOMO (to use phrase we all still used back then) of not participating enough in my college life if I could just be there the whole time. Otherwise it felt too much like going home from grade school again.

I’ll gladly pick college over high school for one main reason: more sleep. My high school started at 8:20 but I lived pretty far from the school and the bus ride would be nearly half an hour, so I’d have to wake up as early as 5 or 5:30 if I wanted to shower and eat breakfast. Otherwise I just woke up at 6. In college, I have only one class that starts at 10, the rest start at 11. So not only can I stay up later, I can sleep in too and still get way more sleep than in high school. It’s so much more accommodating of my job where I work until 10pm, or 12am if I’m closing

I hated High School for the exact reasons stated in this Video so I didn't need to go to college to waste an additional 2-4 years of my life going to school just to rack up debt this time around.

Agree bro hated highschool to beside 2-4 additional years of my life & debt. I just don’t wanna deal no niggas or females I lack sympathy patience & heart to. Pefer being alone no friends. Nothing distracting me from my agenda & goals. Being able be alone is super power not everyone can do only toughest strongest people can.

I personally loved college. Its more than just the formal education and partying. What i notice is that people who cant afford college and/or cant get in because of grades tend to hate on it. "How can you hate from outside the club, you cant even get in"😂💀

The only differences I've experienced is there is actually a significant band kid population at my school and also the RAs here are chill and normally warn you before they do anything and even if you get caught they don't even care enough to punish you. At least in my case they just say to keep it out of sight next time.

I managed to get a single dorm and while it was expensive it was SOO worth it. Most people I knew who had roommates hated the dorms, but if you can manage to get a single it's way better than off campus living.

Ninye the reason you don’t see band kids as much is because the evolved into the Theatre Kids now. When I went to College the theatre and musical art majors were the band kids basically.

my first year of uni was both insanely good and insanely bad. i was excited about living on my own for the first time, cooking and meeting new people. i made a few friends, but it was mostly very surface level, i didnt really feel like i belong, i went through one crisis right to the next all the time. there was a guy who liked me but i wasnt sure so i friendzoned him and thank god he remained my friend for the whole year and we made music together!! first semester was tough and lonely with two roomies i didnt vibe with that much, but in winter one of them left and my new roomie was also my classmate and we ended up being really good friends!! so second semester was way more fun, but still a bit weird. its now september and im moving into dorms for my second year in two days and im so excited. also im dating the guy now lol, and spending the summer mostly without him was really tough. i cant wait. i believe this year will be better!! it gets better!!

Can confirm my old college roommate was in fact laying down some crazy pipe (pause), me and my suitemates could here the girl he was with through the walls moaning like it was the happiest day of her life 😂. Great dude, became one of the campus drug dealers and my closest friend on campus (at the time) and is the one that first got me high lol
