My beautiful daughter passed away suddenly in 2003. Loving her was a river, that flowed steady and calm. Losing her was the ocean. The pain was so deep and widespread, I thought I would never be above water . I've never experienced so much hurt in my life. But God's amazing grace and tender mercy led me to not linger in the sadness of her passing but, to revel in the joy that she was once here. God bless all those who have lost a loved one. Hold on to God's promise that "weeping may last for a night but , joy cometh in the morning."

🥀Beautiful Song amazing lyrics, vocals and music with meaning of loving someone whose your true soulmate. We met at the North back in the 90s you were there with a Atlanta braves jersey shirt on stage my deceased husband & I was in V.I.P. you had a supper power water blaster and you soaked my t-shirt that night my husband loved that. Lol it was funny but you did a remarkable job on stage you didn't need a studio. Thanks for the memories of my life. Take care and keep safe 🥀✌🥀☝️

I had originally dedicated this song to my girl but she can't seem to make up her mind if she wants to be together or go our separate way so I hope she is proud of herself for losing this song too. She may get it back if she decides we are getting back together. If we don't get back together then I'll just dedicate it to somebody else who really deserve this song as ours. I know that sounds harsh but that's life.

I used to love Collin Raye like there was no tomorrow. I had each and every single one of his song memorized by heart. His concert at Wolf Trap in Virginia August 3, 1997 was the very first concert I'd ever been to. More than 10 years later, I finally get to see him again at Indian Ranch and he just disgusted me so much. I have no idea what his deal was, but a little disabled child wanted him to sign her drum stick and he REFUSED to sign it for her. He wouldn't come out of his trailer for his meet and greet for anything. Since then, I have lost any and all respect for this person. This is the first time in 9 years that I have actually listened to anything by him and that's only because this was the very song that got me interested in him to begin with. Now, I don't know if Collin Raye actually pays any attention to this or his managers or whomever it may be that takes care of his Vevo page, but I hope they are reading this and let him know about this comment. I have never, in my entire life, ever been so disgusted with anybody as much as I was with him for treating a child so poorly like that.

I have a theory about our heroes - most of them we wouldn’t want in our lives. They have faults just like all of us. But we can love them for the inspiration their music gives us. That is an incredible gift they share snd any song that helps me thru life is a miracle I need. I allow them to be human with good days and bad days.

never attempt to judge a person until you have stood in his shoes. you never know what is going on with a person, that he may be hiding so the world doesnt know what he is feeling at the time. this man is a crhistian, and a great songwriter and singer. hs gives alot to everyone all the time. this is what his world is about, maybe he didnt full fill this child which seems to be important to you, thats why you took it so hard, but its a small thing, something to be over looked. pass it off as a good concert and thats it. you may not , but really in the large world this is a small thing. a signature on a drum stick?
