@@StonerExpress I agree, those guys in the original vid were very obvious average (kept missing their callouts over and over) and so desperately wanted to blame their bad play on someone (colonel) obviously much better than them. Colonel is just out having a good time raiding not caring about teammates skill. While he does have requirements for his content, it isn’t a big deal as he tries to avoid groups that require mic, etc…

@@ShaBoop11 I mean that's why he's doing a "no mic series" he's playing the game differently and your hating on him for it. How many times have you done this raid atleast 20-50 times by now? No reason to be aggressively upset when your fireteam has a no mic who knows what he's doing one of those times. Just like a previous comment said, blaming their own mistakes on colonel because he isn't using mic. Perfect response in all honesty.

Prob API farmer. When you play with raid farmers you very quickly lose track of how bad "average d2 players" are. About a year ago I considered myself an average player, at the time I had flawlessed every raid in thw game, had multiple trio flawless raids, 4 dayone emblems and such. And I considered all that average and was surprised when other ppl were giving me strange looks when I called myself a casual player.

A friend once told me when i started this game that i would never be good unless i could solo raid mechanics and do day ones. I learned how to solo some raid mecha and i have done days ones, but to him im still a less than average player. This game has one the if not the worst communities ever

Yeah it's ridiculous, soloing content is something most people even really good players don't care to do until they get extremely bored with the game. It's a way to challenge YOURSELF. Sure being able to low man content does make you a better player. It allows you to save situations with players that are kinda bad or new. The last time I felt the need to solo something was over a disagreement I had on reddit with someone about the cube room in prophecy. I was wrong lmao soloed the encounter twice only to face palm and post it for the other person.

His selection process for these from the streams Ive seen is just trying to find a group that is ok with him not speaking during the raids and dont recognize him or at least dont reveal that they do. The way the series is doesnt afford him the license to be too picky with things. Funny thing is the sherpa group he found after this group that had actual noobs in it was probably a better group overall as they had an excuse for bad communication at least

The Destiny 2 LFG can be such a toxic place sometimes. Yesterday some random guy actually whispered me after a trials match and told me to go hang myself. Literally, walk to a bridge with a rope and hang myself because I had one bad game and apparently ruined his run. These types of people have me asking all sorts of questions. They can't be mentally stable. Just isn't something you would say to someone else if you are right minded.

My guess is that he just remembers the first symbol needed and the second 2 dont matter because you can shoot ever symbol on the other 2 sides within a short amount of time and it wont fail the mechanic
