I pay to get an apprenticeship and I pay thousands did my 1500 hours and more but wanted more money and more money, guess what I got out with out my license. Mario Barth is right, he knows what he's talking about. Most of real tattoo artist will teach you for your talent no for money a least not for lost of it, they appreciate you as future part of their crew, they want you to teach you and teach you right!! I wish I knew this before. I hope get my license soon. Thanks for the video!

02:50 some lines are done in a GREY wash not a solid line you don't want a coloring book look , other lines are done in a slightly watered downcolor 04:15 red shield gets a red outline .

what are you running yur machine at when you pass the line, and also the shading. I've noticed even after taking these techniques into account my color is not sitting in like his… and I'm not going in deep but the skin swells sometimes and it doesn't look as clean

well the big mistake is that you see everything with white the red of the skin INSTANTLY and so you don't see the white an d then OVERWORK it which ends up making it bleed out . hit it white no more than 2 passes with a long stroke color shader and leave it alone . wait until healed to look at it .

im left handed and have a regular tattoo machine. i can do real clean lines but when it comes to shading or felling in with a mag i start having problems. the mag grabs the skin, inconsistent felling, just real difficult to work with, any thoughts why?

Hi ! i noticed that sometimes the line goes from really thin to a thicker line... do you do it with the same needle or you have to changed it to a bigger needle? (sorry if my english sucks, it´s not my original lenguage)

you assume anyone with a shop Is worth paying to teach you ? I got news for you MOST shops are run by idiots who don't know shit about tattooing, so how is some clueless beginner supposed to know WHO is worth paying to teach them? if you have really good art skills that is the going to show someone your not just another wanna be tattoo artist . people will be more willing to teach you if they see youre serious an di mean a love for art not a fist full of cash
