I love your transparency and honesty with all of us. It's not necessary and none of us would ever know. When I hear NOTHING back it leaves me with more anxiety and questions. "Did they like it?", "Was it too dry?", "Why didn't they post any photos?" ❗️Quick Question: Do u ever use WHIPPED to cover a cake and if so do u have a video? I don't use buttercream due to spanish customers always want whip cream but I struggle it melts! 😮 Thank u very much!

Unfortunately I don't for that very reason. The American Buttercream is stable and can withstand the heat much longer than whipped icing. So I never wanted to use it. Sorry I couldn't help with that!

I do whipped cream cakes plz use cold whipped cream and keep eye when u whipped for consistency I usually used high speed when i whipped cream and its perfect

Thank you! Just making the stripes and polka dots and putting them on the cake was about 3 hours. (You have to color the fondant and roll it out, which takes a while with a colorful cake!). Total time baking, filling, frosting and decorating was around 10-12 hours.

The icing paper you use could be the issue. I prefer Icing Images Premium Small sheets! I've had customers not like their cakes and I had to redo them. And I had someone drop their cake and blame me for it. I take the time to be upset, but I don't linger in that emotion. I find a solution and fix it the best I can (or refund money). I don't dwell on it because we all make mistakes. I learn from it and know what not to do for the next time!
