This is some more video from the Colossus Cipher Event in 2007.
A Lorenz SZ42 was sent to the Heinz Nixdorf MuseumsForum (HNF) in Paderborn, Germany and a enciphered message was transmitted to be received by The National Museum of Computing at Bletchley Park and deciphered by Colossus. The competition was open to anyone who could receive the signal and the challenge was to beat Colossus!
It shows the unboxing of the machine - you can see the Lorenz even has it's original carry box! Also, you can see the outer cover, which you don't normally see shown in museums.
Watch for a section which shows the lugs being set on one of the wheels - each lug is either on or off and there are a total of 501 of them which set how the machine enciphers the message. The wheels are then turned to set the start positions for each message.
