🥄 3 tablespoons of oil (without smell)

For the filling:
🧀 500 grams of cow's cheese
🧂 1 teaspoon salt (or to taste)

Instructions:
👩🍳 Preparing the dough:
🥟 In a large bowl, mix 500 grams of flour with 1 teaspoon of salt, 1 egg and 3 tablespoons of oil in the flour mixture and gradually incorporate 200 grams of water. Knead until you get an elastic and homogeneous dough.
📦 Wrap the dough in cling film and let it rest for 30 minutes.
🧀 Preparation of the filling:
🧀 In another bowl, mix 500 grams of cow's cheese with 1 teaspoon of salt, until you get a homogeneous composition.
🔪 Modeling the corners:
🍴 After the dough has rested, spread it on a clean surface sprinkled with flour, until you get a thin sheet.
🥣 Use a glass or a knife to cut out circles from the dough.
🥄 Place a teaspoon of filling in the middle of each circle of dough.
🥟 Fold the dough circles in half and press the edges with your fingers to seal the corners. You can also use a fork to decorate the edges.
🍲 Cooking the dumplings:
