Millenial kingdom type columns that are heavenly and larger than life - black with white striations... supposedly sent from halfway across the world at a time that gasoline engines were barely starting up - while also constructed perfectly? Massive columns that haven't been constructed like this since (supposedly) the days when life was much harder... a time without air conditioning and "modern" conveniences... What's the deal? These columns look to be ages older than is said, while constructed with technology that is ages newer than said. The Nelson Atkins Museum at Kansas City holds these wonders of creation.... while everyone walks past the columns in the building to look at the art, they miss the art that is the columns and the building.
