I really love how short your videos are. You show us everything we need to know to make the recipe without dragging out things like chopping onions slowly as I see done too often. This dish looks delicious!

Towards the end of the video, I said to myself "it needs some black pepper." Low & behold, you did exactly that. Great recipe!

Yep, this is what they call "good torture". Thank you for another simple, quick and very tasty recipe. We had your chili beef stir-fry last weekend. It was so good. The air fryer sesame chicken is next. Please keep the air fryer recipes coming. THX.

I would actually love to see you make a legit Philly Cheese steak sandwich. I cannot find a good one in my city.

They are extremely easy to make. My mom grew up in Philly and I live in Pennsylvania a couple hours away from there and can tell you that many restaurants around the state make them as good or better as they do in the city and they will be loads cheaper. Give Philly credit for inventing the cheesesteak but I also prefer provolone to cheese whiz. 🤢😂

@@HenryJinxton Oh there's a very good reason I haven't had a legit one. I actually live in Canada. :P I would much prefer provolone to cheese whiz as well. I'm wondering how healthy they're made now. I remember a scene from Fresh Prince of Bel Air, that it isn't a real Philly Cheese steak the paper wrapping it isn't see through. I know they try and healthify everything now.

I live in Greece & Steak here is not worth the money as it isn't 'hung', so no flavour at all! Would this work with chicken breast?

I ususally find Mozarella wasted in dishes like this because it has little or nothing to add flavourwise. I would much sooner go withTaleggio, Parmesan, Pecorino or even Gorgonzola.

Why not, tasty cheeses. This version here is cheaper to make than your cheese selection and also mild so good for kids and sensitive eaters.

Why do you never salt hardly ANYTHING?! You salt, salt, salt, season, season, season throughout the process! ANY chef worth his salt (no pun intended) will tell you that!
@nicholsonjenna

She salted the meat and the pasta water? She also used salted butter? It’s always easier to add salt at the end than to take it out. Also: do what you want for your own cooking, this is just her recipe and it is delicious as it is.
