Thank you for doing this video as it explains it better than any other video I've seen.

For furnace the Draft motor speed is fix i.e. air input is fix, now to get the maximum heat out with minimum gas input (max efficiency) adjustment (air & fuel ratio) for the fix burners profile study is important.

Dear San, can you eloberate the post combustion components when CNG burns in exhaust upstream....

So are you saying that there's no problem with running lean while using NCG? because there is when using gasoline

Hello: This chart only works for natural gas. Gasoline will have its own set of characteristics..

@@tradestutor1191 Thanks. I just don't understand what can happen to the engine (temperature, valves...) if you go too far away from the 0% excess, to the lean side (excess in oxygen).

@@byAnArgentinian Ya, I'm not sure either. That would be a good thing to look up though as the more you understand the chemistry of combustion the more efficient you can get. And the more you understand combustion efficiency the more interesting gas appliances and anything else that runs on fuel can become.

hi, im from colombia, thanks for this video, could you tell me if this combustion chart for natural gas work to every sistems, i mean, im working now with gas engines and i will try to understand that, so, i dont know, maybe you can talk to me about it. Best regards, oh, im mechanical engineer.

HI Luis: This chart should work for all natural gas systems including gas engines. I talked with an industrial gas fitter that I work with. He said that the only thing that might change the chart is any variables that might be added in the systems you work with. If you have more questions pass them on to me and I'll see what I can find out. Thanks for watching!

What about NOx in the flue stream?

Hi George: This is just the very basics of flue gas analysis to we don't go too deep into it.
