Here is my recipe for my cheesy chicken and rice as well as a small tutorial on how to find the per gram macros of a recipe and track it.

Recipe:
1 lb 98% fat free ground chicken (you can use any percentage of chicken or also you can use diced chicken breast it will just affect the calories so make sure to change it in your recipe builder
1 teaspoon Goya Adobo
10 oz package Vigo Saffron Rice
1 cube Knorr tomato bouillon cube
2.5 cups of water
