LOL. Son of Nimrod: "We have an appearance of Mr. Hyde. If I know this character, he is planning to bugger Spider-Man."

I am capable of singing (I actually have a tremendous range of high notes). I just prefer doing it badly. It's way more fun.

Infinity Watch had Infinity War and Infinity Crusade to help bolster it for the first couple of years. Starlin left with issue #32. It lasted ten issues without him.

as a kid I was disappointed the cover artist wasn't doing the interiors. FYI american cereals induce VIOLENCE! I know cuz dad would eat most of mine. and he tossed a gas station attendent against a window (he had it coming)

As an adult I am still disappointed when the cover artist isn't doing the interiors. "Violence is everywhere in our society, man, it's even in our breakfast cereals!"

Up All Night-watching from the other side of the world. Love Kang's hands on that Avengers cover. You should do a 5 great Jazz Hands covers video. La Puente, CA makes an appearance, that made my night! I guess I have to follow this America Chavez character now.

Jazz hands might be an interesting theme. Can't think of any covers off the top of my head... but there's heaps... there's a Keith Pollard Spider-Man cover, the one of him bouncing. He's doing jazz hands on that.

Full run of Gimp! Not to sound like I belong on the DSM-5 with Greg Salinger, but enjoyed this series a lot and hope you do too. Think I said it before, but just find it so interesting Marvel put this out. Who was it for? It’s an obscure villain identity that hadn’t been used in a decade(?), starring a new character in Kurt Gerhardt who would have been difficult if not impossible to use in another series. It’s in the main continuity, but the action isn’t fun like in mainstream Marvel at the time-the setting and violence is too grotesque. And for all its ugliness, it’s nothing like the mature books that would eventually become Vertigo-there’s nothing sarcastic or self-important in it. It’s just an earnest, thoughtful, and grim story that came out of nowhere, and unfortunately went nowhere.

I think the underlining thing was Steve Gerber and him returning to Marvel on a proper book after Shooter had kept him away for a while. They will have went "Steve, do you want to do a new Howard book" and he will have said "No" and we got to the point where they got through about a dozen suggestions before Steve Gerber went "maybe, I was thinking, I could do something with the Foolkiller character... Punisher is popular, something like that..."

I spent a few days trying to understand "Cinnamon Your Morning"... Is it using cinnamon as a verb? Is it a pun that has gone over my head? Then I finally see it says Cinnammmm Your Morning which makes even less sense.

@@SonofCapwolf It’s on the cereal box. Someone was presumably paid to come up with that.
