I usually watch all these videos and I never seem to comment. I used to be on 400 MG of seroquel and over 1 year I have tapered down to 25 MG. I can do without it for about 5 to 6 days but I tend to relapse due to lack of sleep of increased agitation. I've been off of it for about 9 days now and my headaches have gone away. But I still get sick and gag some early mornings. And I constantly smoke marijuana. It really helps.

I had come off seroquel in early 2020, tapered down to 12.5mg than quit from there but it was still so fucking hard, made it 2.5 months before I lapsed back on it due to sleep, slept like 3 hours in 9 days after quitting weed (only thing that helped me quit) and I really wished I hadn't.. It about killed me last October when I went off cold turkey. I'm gonna try again. There's just nothing to replace it for sleep. Benzos work great if you can get them but they don't work for me as I've been on both. Xanax does hardly anything without the seroquel. Sadly. I wish I had more support getting off of them in my own way. I feel dead inside since I started taking them again. So desperate for sleep. I hate psych drugs except for the benzos which they don't want to give anymore. Id say I'm taking 300 mgs now. Makes me sick. So hard to get off then I just needed sleep so bad.
