Just wanted to show Map 51 more than anything.
A lot of the units are different, as are the units each side can build.
The Light Tank has a Ranger Gun, the Medium Tank has a turret on it.
Longbows shoot V2s (though at Longbow Missile strength) Hinds shoot Flames. The western side definitely has an ore advantage here, why I decided to expand there to get the money for the final assault. There's other changes, but I can't be bothered to list them all. Play for yourself and enjoy,
27:12 is when I look at the other maps, so if you want to see the other maps (and not the whole skirmish battle) quickly skip to there.
Map 41 is another one to look at. Technicians come in two varieties. Nuclear (Green) and I believe the blue ones have Destroyer missiles. A small quirk, but one that can change the game for you.
Map 2 the Ore Trucks seem to move faster, and I thought they used to blow up like they do on Map 51. Meh. There's a decent amount of ore anyway.
36 is very cool. There's no Ore to regrow, but the outer islands, and the centre are packed with Gems. It's a nice map for quick money, and you can build a base on one of the outer islands relatively undisturbed if you wish.
43 has a nice group of small areas with one land route, and a larger area in the middle to fight over.
53 has a nice design. There's four corners with two small access routes, and a central route that leads to a larger ore field where most of the fights will take place.
65 is a really nice map for being separated from your opponent, as there's a big body of water. The western side does seem better resource wise, and has more space to build on.
72 has a lot of access points, with most of the fights for the central resources. 77 is pretty similar, and has a nicer design. There's more ridges involved, and the centre is key, but mainly it has too few resources. Is 80 Cyprus?
82 had a lot of dots on the map preview so I looked. It has a lot of open space, but again no major resources.
83. India?
85 is pretty cool. Decent amount of resources along the southern two parts of the map The NE player has an easily defended area, and the NW player has the most resources. Kind of balances it out.
90 is definitely worth a look.
1v1 or 2v2 NvS. Only two small access through the centre (once the bridge is destroyed).
Plenty of resources, although the north side seems to have more.
94 is an WvE thing, better suited to 1v1, with only one access route this time.
95. C&C. Worth a look at. There's only one direct route to your base, it's worth trying to control he southern section. Try blocking your opponent in on his C.
101 South America.
105. Defend Italy and build an expansion on the SW island (plenty of mines for regenerating Ore).
