Quite "interesting" objectives. Regardless, the mission is actually amazing, extremely well done.
I think the intended solution is to leave Natasha behind in "Sniper's house", and play as The Thief alone until rescuing The Spy, then he can take the keys and drive back to the house for a reunion. However, with some tricks and effort, it's possible to get Natasha out of the building right away and enter the sewers together, which makes The Thief's life incredibly easier in the sewers. Or maybe it was the intended alternative route, after all the author does give us a piece of cloth/rope, and there doesn't seem to be any other use for it except the chance to get Natasha out early. Maybe it would be possible to survive the fall from the opposite side of the building on lower difficulties too (on very hard can't).
I'm not sure why the dog went after me and entered the house this time (repeatedly after reloading), I played the mission several times like this and it never happened before. Quite lucky that there are no consequences for killing it - there are 4 or 5 "special officers" whose paths partially cross and they set off the alarm if a "connected" officer is neutralized. Fortunately, the dog doesn't seem to be one of them, he (like the officers) merely activates the alarm upon any disturbance, and getting his lock pick activates a patrol. Anyway, if the dog didn't run into the house, the mission would be played almost the same, just the activated patrol would be dealt with right away.
