Used to work with a civilian employee when I was in the Army and stationed in Kentucky who was a Kentucky Colonel we used to call him Colonel to mess with him. Had no idea what the heck a Kentucky Colonel was at the time but he was not amused. How you going to work on an Army base and brag about being a Kentucky Colonel and not expect soldiers you work with to rip on you a bit. He was an older Italian guy with a little man complex to so he had a temper which made it even funnier.

7:21 It could also be that the cyclist narrowly-avoided an unpredictable dog and this person's reaction was based on his own perceptions. Because neither he nor his dog were actually injured and this person's actions, while allegedly subjectively-reasonable, were clearly not objectively-reasonable, he absolutely could and should face civil and/or criminal complaints for his actions. As the person says, he kicked the _rear_ tire as hard as he could, meaning that the cyclist had already avoided him and his dog, and this person merely felt threatened or aggravated by such close and sudden proximity and felt it necessary to lash out and retaliate.
@FrancisR420
3 жыл бұрын
I would love to see what actually played out where a cyclist drove by this guy, maybe a little close, maybe this guy just thought he owned the whole sidewalk, more than likely he was driving an SUV and someone on a bike passed him on the sidewalk and he got unreasonably pissed-off long after he passed and thought hey I'll make up a story where I implicitly kill that guy for almost hurting my dog, I'll look like such a cool tough guy to all my internet friends. Like you can't trip a bike by sticking your foot in front of its back tire as it passes, or kicking it as hard as you can in the half a second it takes to pass you.
@DecentSilver
3 жыл бұрын
Depending how it's talked about in court. I can see it being explained as reactionary to protect the dog and or himself from being hit. The front or back wheel (might) Not matter because maybe his ability to react might not be great and we dont know how fast the bike was going. And if it is seen as a reaction to protect himself and his dog then the cyclist running the red light wouldnt be awarded anything under the Clean Hands Act since he got hurt while committing an illegal act. I also hate cyclists so i can't be a judge nor jury for it. As a wise man once said, it depends

@cjwrench07
3 жыл бұрын
The centrifugal clutch can be accidentally engaged, if he has the choke on with a poorly set up carb. I’ve personally seen a greenie logger (hired as crew to make a fire break) try this with the bar&chain resting on his chainsaw chaps. When he finally got it started, using freaking ether we didn’t know he had on him, it grabbed enough of the chaps to get clogged with fibres. The risk is high an idiot who tries to start it improperly, like in the video, will also have an improperly maintained chainsaw.
@mikecurry6847
3 жыл бұрын
If he uses the choke then the chain will spin. If the saw isn't properly maintained then it can spin on startup too. I worked in a sawmill for a long time. Whether you're in a car, motorcycle, or bike why does your failure to follow the law of the road protect you from someone protecting themselves because of your wrongdoing? Same thing in states without Castle Doctrine or Stand Your Ground, why do we treat people doing bad things maliciously better than their victims, intentional or not? Should that guy have let his dog get hit, hope it survives the vet visit, and then sue? During that chainsaw clip, I was thinking, "What is so wrong about this clip, I don't get it..." and then on the second watch I totally saw it. LOL. Thank God he couldn't start it! 😆😆

I have a friend who's cousins faked this whole "family feud" to get on judge Judy lmao I can't remember the case but he showed me and it was so hilarious knowing they made up everything and it was bullshit lol you could even see them seeming like they were acting at times 😂😂

Seeing that Rick and Morty clip, I had a terrible intrusive thought. 100% there is fanfic of attorney Tom with legal eagle or mike.

The chainsaw isn't AS scary if he had the chain brake engaged.

The guy with the chainsaw probably checks to see if a gun is loaded by looking down the barrel
