I have been wearing the G6 for a couple of years. I just started using the G7 a few weeks ago. It is not your fault, of course. I am venting a little. I am having two sensor failures back to back. This is totally unacceptable. I don't care how long it takes to initiate. I can work with that. I don't mind calibrating it even if nothing is said about on the website. So long as it is possible, and preferably not to awkward. However, the failure rate of these new G7 sensors might be a deal breaker. That I can't stand. It does have practical problems as well. It might be your last one, or the pharmacy is closed, or you just have a busy life. It sometimes takes me two days to slot the time to put one on. If it fails, I might be going without for a lot longer. There are a few improvements I would like to see that I think are easily doable. However, basic reliability is not negotiable.
