30-year-old Apio Betty, a Village Health Team volunteer in Morungatuny can now enable more children under 5 years to get better access to health facilities and combat issues of #hunger , #malnutrition , and #immunizations among others.
She can equally drive safe motherhood delivery and reduce child morbility in the communities of Amuria and Morungatuny. This is a result of World Vision Uganda and World Bicycle Relief’s transport intervention that availed 200 buffalo bicycles to the Village Health Teams in these communities.
