On Earth, an average person with a good jump can clear over half a meter (1.6 feet) in a second. But jump with the same force elsewhere in the Solar System - someplace like the Moon, Mars, or even a comet - and all bets are off, due to difference in gravity and centrifugal force of those worlds.
