I am writing down the names of these beautiful restaurants. I will find the addresses in Istanbul. Then when I travel in October for my two weeks vacation, I will visit those restaurants almost every night and have a great dinner and it’s not even expensive. The prices are between 100 to 120 Turkish liras which is the equivalent of 6 dollars Canadian, greetings from Montreal 🇨🇦 Canada

In clip no 1, Mr. "Bay Köfte": What's that horrible yellow goo? Are they going to "eat" that? It is the secret taste of the recipes of Mr. Druid and his witcher's kitchen?

That yellow thing is kuymak, unique to Turkish cuisine. While making kuymak, butter is first melted and then roasted with corn flour. When the oil is released, cold water is added to it. Add the local kolot cheese and fry it over medium heat after it reaches the boiling point. A different but very nice taste. I hope you get the chance to try it one day :)
