Thank you for sharing this. Just bought one, never used a torch before, and now I feel (more) comfortable firing it up.

Heyo josh I was just watching your video about hydrogen peroxide and then saw this one as well, had been looking at getting a more robust torch since I honestly just use my zippo butane lighter for most things lmao. I was curious, what kinda stuff you been up to recently, any interesting experiments or things like that? I imagine these kinda things take up a lot of time but I'd be interested in watching any future experiments you do, it's hard to find even semi-educational content on youtube at this point lol

Hey hey, thanks for the comment! I definitely recommend these Bernzomatic torches for high temp projects. Crazy what they can do. At the moment I do have a few projects I’m working on as I find the time. I know what you mean with KZitem at the moment Lol. Not sure when I’ll be able to start uploading again, but I wish to finish the sonic screwdriver project at some point. Otherwise, I am writing a few books. Perhaps those will go up sometime in the future.

Hey man, a while ago, you made a mk 2 of the sonic screwdriver, do you remember what the frequency generator module you used was called? I'm working on a project and I think that's the kind of module I need

Nice review. However, I was curious to see it in use in the inverted position. That was the main reason why I was considering this torch. Maybe the next time.

Oh good question! Looking back on it that would have been a useful test. I found this torch through NighthawkInLight, and this video has some good examples of the torch used in different positions: kzitem.info/news/bejne/p6N7yGWPk4WUq5g hope that helps!

Hey hey! Sorry for the late reply. I’ve been working on the sonic project in the background every now and again. I haven’t uploaded anything new yet, but keep an eye out. I’m not sure when, but I’ll put something out at some point. Thanks for the comment!

Have you ever wanted to make an ionic wind thruster?
@JoshTheNerd
Жыл бұрын
I might have seen something similar, but not 100% sure. Sounds awesome though. Are those the ones that use ionic propulsion for space travel?
@Dr.Cr0w
Жыл бұрын
@JoshTheNerd Kinda like the ones for space travel, but instead of xenon or argon in containers, it uses oxygen and nitrogen inside the atmosphere to create thrust. The designs I've seen are good but none have tried a nossel or focusing the ionic reaction. I think there might be more thrust there.
