I offer a very detailed paid course, not for $4k though, so get your facts straight. Whether you want to buy it or not is up to you. I also put out a lot of free content on my youtube channel. My free videos will teach you the main things about drop servicing so you could venture out on your own and continue with your own research. However, I'm not going to reveal everything that took me years and years to learn completely for free. Why do you think that I should share everything I've ever learnt without nothing in return when it took me years and a lot of money to learn what I know now? Information has value nowadays and I value my hard work as well. I'm proud of my course and know it helped many achieve their goals, but I'm not forcing anyone to buy it. It's simply an offer to those people who are interested in building a real online business. Not everyone needs to think my course is worth it, just like not everyone thinks the newest iPhone or a designer handbag is worth the money, it's a free market.

When they get to see what you've written, you can simply ask them to download on what ever format they'd like it. Or you could also send a PDF. But it's the easiest way to keep clients posted on daily updates if you provide them "viewer" access to your Google doc.

To start a drop servicing business, there are a few technical requirements that you need to fulfil. Firstly, having good English language skills is crucial if you want to target clients internationally. Secondly, you'll need a laptop or computer with a reliable internet connection to effectively communicate and complete tasks. Please note that this business model is not suitable for mobile phones. Additionally, you will need to have a means of accepting payments from international clients, such as PayPal, Stripe, Payoneer, 2Checkout, Wise, or Revolut. If you're unsure, simply search for "international payment gateways in [INSERT YOUR COUNTRY]" or be able to invoice international clients and receive payments directly to your bank account.

The simplest dropservicing service is selling websites, just how you made $3000 selling to 3 clients, and paid $900 for production. Sounds like you sold a website for a $1000/each (budget friendly for client) & paid outsourcing agency or freelancer $300 per site (average rates for basic sites) I'll definitely share your video to my agency clients 😍 very helpful. I’ve posted a lot of videos on drop servicing and how to start for free. Please have a look at my youtube channel if you’re interested in drop servicing specifically. For example, here are some free marketing methods you can use in your drop servicing business: - Social media marketing and outreach: Use platforms like Linkedin, Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter to promote your drop servicing business, showcase your services, and engage with potential clients. Message companies/company owners with your offer. - Content marketing: Create valuable content such as blog posts, videos, and infographics that provide information and tips related to the services you offer. Share this content on social media and through email marketing. - Email marketing: Build an email list of potential clients and send out newsletters or promotional emails highlighting your services and any special offers or discounts you may be offering. - Search engine optimization (SEO): Optimize your website or service listing with relevant keywords and phrases to improve your visibility in search engine results pages (SERPs). - Referral marketing: Encourage your satisfied clients to refer their friends and colleagues to your drop servicing business in exchange for a discount or other incentive. - Online communities: Participate in online forums, Linkedin discussions, groups, and communities related to your niche to build relationships with potential clients and establish yourself as an expert in your field. Remember, these methods require time and effort, but they can be effective in growing your drop servicing business without spending a lot of money on advertising.

It is possible to do drop servicing without a laptop or computer, but it would be very challenging. Drop servicing typically involves creating a website, communicating with clients, and managing projects and payments, all of which are difficult to do without a computer or laptop. In order to effectively run a drop servicing business, you will need access to a reliable computer or laptop, as well as internet connectivity. You will also need to be able to use various software tools and platforms to create your website, communicate with clients, and manage your projects and payments. While it may be possible to use a smartphone or tablet for some aspects of drop servicing, it is unlikely to be sufficient for running a successful business. So, if you are serious about pursuing drop servicing, it is recommended that you invest in a reliable computer or laptop.

@DylanSigleyDropServicing

Language barriers can often be mitigated with the right strategies and tools. 1. Leverage Technology: Use translation tools and software to help you understand and communicate effectively. Tools like Google Translate can be useful for translating emails or documents. 2. Localize Your Services: Consider focusing your services or products in markets where your native language is spoken. This can reduce the communication barrier significantly. 3. Hire or Partner with English Speakers: Collaborating with native or fluent English speakers can bridge the communication gap. They can handle interactions with competitors or clients where high proficiency in English is required. 4. Prepare Scripts and Templates: For communications that can be standardized, such as emails or survey questions, prepare scripts and templates in advance. You can have these translated or checked by a fluent speaker to ensure accuracy. 5. Cultural and Local Insights: Sometimes, being a local or native speaker in a non-English speaking market can be an advantage, offering insights that non-native speakers might not have.

I cannot provide legal advice, and the regulations regarding minors' ability to engage in business activities vary by jurisdiction/country. However, in most countries, minors are generally not allowed to enter into legally binding contracts without the consent of their parents or guardians. Drop servicing typically involves entering into contracts with clients, which may require legal agreements to be signed. Therefore, you should check with the laws of your jurisdiction or consult with a lawyer or legal expert to determine if you can legally engage in drop servicing as a minor. Additionally, it's important to consider the practical aspects of running a business as a minor, such as managing finances, taxes, and customer relationships, before starting drop servicing.

Hello, Thank you for your interest in building a drop servicing business. We offer various options to suit your budget and goals. Our training includes a free module on how to build a simple website, and we also teach other methods to generate sales without having a website. For those who are looking to build more advanced websites, the cost would be approximately $20. As for marketing, we offer both free and paid methods. Our training covers free methods like manual outreach on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other platforms. We also cover paid methods like cold emailing, which is a cost-effective option, and paid ads. We understand that everyone's budget and goals are different, which is why we offer options to suit all needs. You can start with our free methods and gradually move to more advanced techniques as your business grows. Let us know if you have any further questions or concerns. Best regards, Dylan

In a perfect market all clients would just use the cheapest possible service at the highest level of quality. But if you know much about economics you’ll know this is never the case in reality. This is a market of differentiation. Your branding, strategy, marketing, and sales have a huge impact on the quality and quantity of clients that you get. For example, if I create an offer for a service helping retail stores get more repeat business then reach out to these stores over email, they will then evaluate that offer based on its merits. They aren’t going to put in the time and effort to go out there and review the thousands upon thousands of potential options. So, the first reason is market differentiation. The second reason is basic human nature (minimizing time and effort). The third reason though is the most important, we are creating value through what we do. We aren’t simply connecting a freelancer with a client. We are creating a system through which our clients get a high quality service with a minimum time and energy investment on their part. Going out and finding freelancers then managing that project is a lot of time and investment for the clients, they simply don’t have that time and energy to invest. I’ve had countless clients come to me and purchase my more expensive service simply because they worked with freelancers on Fiverr and had a bad experience, bad service, and low quality. So not all clients are cheap, they want to work with the best company, the best offer, and that all comes down to strategy and marketing.

If your client asks you a question you don't know the answer to, just simply say that you're not sure and need to double-check with your creative team and that you'll let them know via email.

You don't need to know everything, but it's good to know as much as possible. Just talk to your delivery team, ask them about the process.

you’re not supposed to actually do the service, you’re supposed to look for someone who can offer the service for you at a lower price and then offer that service to the client at the standard rate or the above standard rate for that niche, then after payment you pay the servicer the small amount and keep the high profit 🙏🏽

You will need to have a means of accepting payments from international clients, such as PayPal, Stripe, Payoneer, 2Checkout, Wise, or Revolut. If you're unsure, simply search for "international payment gateways in [INSERT YOUR COUNTRY]" or be able to invoice international clients and receive payments directly to your bank account.

Doesn't AI cause this irrelevance?
@DylanSigleyDropServicing

While AI has the potential to automate many tasks and improve efficiency, it's unlikely that it will completely replace online agencies and the services they offer. Here's why: - Human expertise: Online agencies provide services that often require human expertise, such as design, content creation, and marketing strategy. While AI can assist with these tasks, it can't replace the creativity, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills that humans bring to the table. For example, AI cannot replace human creativity that is needed in design services and it struggles to come up with novel ideas and solutions. - Complex tasks: AI is good at automating repetitive and straightforward tasks, but it struggles with more complex tasks that require context, nuance, and emotional intelligence. For example, while AI can analyze data and provide insights, it can't interpret data in the same way that a human can. - Customer relationships: Online agencies rely on building strong relationships with their customers to provide excellent services. While AI can assist with customer support, it can't replace the human touch and empathy required to build meaningful relationships with customers. - Industry-specific knowledge: Many online agencies specialize in specific industries, such as healthcare, finance, or technology. These industries require specialized knowledge and expertise that AI may not have. Overall, AI can enhance the services provided by online agencies by automating tasks, providing insights, and improving efficiency. However, it's unlikely that AI will completely replace the role of human experts in the industry. Instead, AI will likely work alongside humans to improve services and provide better value to customers.

Hi Dylan, thank you for your help. I am just thinking about what business is the best for me. My husband has controlled my money for 20 years, could not start any business, and my credit card is almost at the top limit and I am between jobs. How can I start any business with no money? I am about to divorce to get my financial freedom back.

There is no set quote of how much money you need to start this business. It is possible to start for free if you choose to sell your company’s services on Fiverr or Upwork because you won’t have to pay for a domain and hosting for your website. Or, you can just create a Linkedin, Instagram and Facebook pages for your company instead of a website. Of course, it’s best to have some money to invest in order to, at least, get a domain for your website and a domain email address (for example, an email address with your domain on Gmail is $6 a month). In terms of marketing, you can choose a free method, like manual outreach of Facebook, Instagram, Linkedin, etc., or a paid method, like cold emailing (which is the most cost-effective) or ads. So, you can do it for free if you really want to, but the more you have to invest, the faster you can build your business and see results. I personally would recommend getting a stable job and having a steady income first, so that you could start building your business on the side without feeling too anxious.
