Some of these exercises I invented, and others are unconventional and obscure, but if you do them, you will work your forearms and grip from all angles, the only ones I didn't include are the traditional basic wrist curls and reverse wrist curls, the wrist roller, hand opening finger extensions for wrist strength, and basic grip holds for time that can be done with a barbell, dumbbells, cables (first exercise is a dynamic crush grip exercise like captains of crush gripper), or a trap bar.
