This has been very helpful. Thank you for taking the time to make it. You spoke shortly about editing audio with two mics (two people talking). I'd love it if you would make a more in-depth video about how to edit audio with multiple mics🙂

I might make a longer video on it, but here's some quick tips on using multiple recordings in one audio clip: kzitem.info/news/bejne/u6COrqeVsmlhln4si=3kKwG4BbLc9yTMMb

Workflow videos are always educational, thanks! For zooming WIPP Zoom works great although sometimes it is useful to make a compound clip so it doesn't zoom other underlying clips in transitions.

I was just gonna comment about this haha! If you don't want it to zoom in on the clips below it you can also use the effect version! But yeah @Jason Yadlovski play around with the Generator version of WippZoom for your screen recordings and talking head zooms! Great video!

Interesting to see the whole process. BTW, you mentioned you have a wide screen monitor and you are on a Mac. Would you share the make and model? thanks

It would be great jason if you could actually teach and show how to do that overlay and put transition to that and everything that you do in your video from scratch, like i just started my freelance journey so it's pretty hard for me to buy the packs and all as in indian rupees it is 80 times more so its hard man.i would be glad if you could respond and actually make a video in this topic.

Hi! What types of things were you wanting to see? For overlays, I just place them onto of the video track and add any transition to them. You can change the blend mode using the composite section of the inspector if you want. You can also dial back the opacity too.

Hey, I love your videos! I have a question about organizing sound effects. I don't like searching for sound effects on different websites, so I want to create my own library of sound effects that I like. Can you suggest a good folder structure for this?
@JasonYadlovski

Hey! Thanks for checking out my videos! For me, when it comes to SFX, I use powerbins. So far, I generally just have 1 powerbin with all my SFX in it. When I download SFX, they usually have a name that tells you what it is, so it's pretty easy to just click through a few and find one I want. If you wanted to use a folder structure, I'd do it both on the hard drive and in powerbins, but I'd use folders named for things you use often, like Whoosh, Transitions, Pads, Risers, etc.

Hey! I don’t know, I’ve never done screen recording on a PC. Selfishly I would say get a Mac. 😜😁👍 but I’m sure if you Google it you’ll find some good options that come up for PC.

Hello Jason, I have an audio only question. At present I edit an audio podcast with some simple sound effects and transitions in Adobe Audition. Could I edit this kind of thing in completely in Fairlight? I have been thinking for a while of making the complete transition to Resolve and this could top the scales.

Hi! Yes, super easy to edit a podcast in Resolve. You'll find all of the tools you need built right into Resolve, even in the free version. I've got lots of audio videos to help you out if you need it. I should make a video on how to edit a podcast in DaVinci Resolve. 😜

@@JasonYadlovski Thanks for the response, I'll investigate. Maybe you should make that video, I doubt I'm the only one who has thought about this. Especially with all the madness going on with Adobe! 🙈 If not a video maybe a playlist pointing to the videos you think would be helpful.
