What I love about this strategy the most is that it helps remove the anxiety of fomo trading by allowing you to wait for the market to come to you. Wait for the market to hit your zone, look for confirmation, then trade. And, if you're wrong, you have a tight stop-loss. 💯

Your content is amazing and I'm sure its helping a lot of people.. just remember in order for you too win someone has too lose so if everyone is winning theres less volatility probably gunna have lower winning trades or take longer too make a profitable trade.. look at it like a test or homework you put in the work and now some chump wants too copy off you so he can pass because they were lazy and didnt want to grind and put in the work.. Its your channel your choice but we dont want too flood the market with a bunch of winners lol. If theres no losers there not as many winners.. Like lottery scratchers the more people win in a roll of scratchers the less winners there are left in the roll but if you know a few people who bought the same tickets from the same store then and lost theres a slight chance your odds are better of picking a winning ticket..

Great video, been trading zones for a while and this is exactly how ive come to trade them. One thing i would mention, like you said, supply doesn't work well on an up trend, but i use it as a demand if i get a 5m candle close above the zone, then i wait for the retest of the zone and play it long. Works well. Awesome content!

Now since I watched your video I’ll chart it from the highest time frame down. What I have notice though when I’m trading is I get nervous to long or short because sometimes the price action breaks my S&D! Any ideas on how to avoid getting caught in the break of the S&D? FYI: Yes I do utilize my L2 and tape to avoid it but sometime volume just picks up randomly and breaks the S&D.

Updated question: When the PA is in the weekly supply zone, when do you know to short? In the intraday, it's hard to tell if it'll break the supply or it'll reject the downside! For example, today's PA on SPY. PA was hectic as institutions were playing the retail traders heavily.

I see a lot of other supply and demand zones that have formed in between the areas you highlight and say you won the trades. However, the prices blew right thru all the other zones. Problem is we have no idea where smart money is gonna come in take away profits. I studied and tried supply and demand zones for 2 years. It's easy to put a chart up and talk about the winning trade afterwards. Putting up your losses as well is more believable.
