Hey gang, the final result is at 10:03 if you don't want to watch the making-of. This one took much longer than I anticipated cause it turned into 6 mini-songs instead of 1 and I had the brilliant last minute idea to try and make pixel art (which I learned is very time consuming lol). Anyway hope you dig it. Cheers!

The pixel art is amazing, it looks like an actual game! But in my opinion, the blood and violence was unnecessary. I was feeling such positive energy from the melodies in making and then the art was later suddenly so negative... But that's just my feeling.

This was super cool to watch! You nailed that sort of old RPG feel, while also not being limited to those more generic "chiptune" sorts of sounds. Second, I love the fact that the hero just straight up shoots the boss at the end, I found that kind of funny.

I love the blofeld. I was in a bit of a rut yesterday. So I started that module up and sat down and just played with the many standard patches. I started tweaking a few and out came this synth chord progression. Dm9, G11, Em, D6/7/9 to Dm7 and it had this dreamy floaty 80s quality to it. I use the module too little, I’m definitely going to use it a lot more. And I keep forgetting that it has a great subtractive synth engine albeit digital modeled. It’s a powerful synth.
