You can use Compressor 4 and Mpeg Streamclip this video explains how to do it on both softwares.
Here is the link to the 4K video I compressed and uploaded in this tutorial. Please note SAFARI WILL NOT show the video in 4K because Safari has no VP9 support and gets an H264 codec from KZitem. BUT GOOGLE CHROME DOES so copy the link to Chrome and you can change the quality to 4K.

KZitem only allows a maximum size of 20 gigs to be uploaded. What happens when your export from Final Cut Pro 7 is more than 20 gigs per song how do you get the file to be smaller without making such a large compression. Instead of converting or exporting your video to 1080p which is 2K rather change the data bit rate in your video. A video bitrate is the number of bits that are processed in a unit of time.Remember that 1 byte consists of 8 bits. Video data rates are given in bits per second. The data rate for a video file is the bitrate. So a data rate specification for video content that runs at 1 megabyte per second would be given as a bitrate of 8 megabits per second (8 mbps). The bitrate for an HD Blu-ray video is typically in the range of 20 mbps, standard-definition DVD is usually 6 mbps, high-quality web video often runs at about 2 mbps, and video for phones is typically given in the kilobits (kbps).
On the example I am showing you in the flight video of Qatar Airways I made I have a locked cut on Final Cut Pro 7 and I exported an exact copy of what is on my timeline. I recommed you export a copy of what is edited on the timeline and compress it afterwards do not try and compress it in Final Cut Pro because the process is much longer and can cause general errors if you are running Final Cut Pro 7 on Mac Sierra. Therefore we set the codec to the codec of the timeline that we export which is Apple Pro Res HQ and choose the size to be current. You don’t have to render to export but it will take a lot longer to export as it will be rendering and exporting at the same time. Once I have opened the file that I have exported I can see that is 50 gigs in size with a data bit rate of 600 mbs. Open the software called Compressor 4 and load the 50 gig video within. Then choose video sharing services that states 4K. Choose the dimensions that match your export which in my case were 3840 x 2160 then choose the codec which is H264. H264 is the best codec to upload to KZitem so stick with the H264 codec. Then choose the data bit rate and limit the data to 50 000 kbs to reduce the file size without loosing too much of the quality. Therefore your video will still be in 4K just a low bit rate and the file size now is 4 gigs.
When I compare the two videos together the compressed version and the original version almost look identical even though the compressed version is a lot smaller in file size. KZitem will accept an upload of 4 gigs in size. The problem is working with a compressed version in Final Cut Pro 7 so only compress the video once you have locked cut of the video and no changes want to be implemented.
You can also do the same process on Mpeg StreamClip which is a free software to download and compress the data bit rate. Choose the file that you want to compress, make sure its unscaled in terms of dimensions, keep your frame rate current and change the data limit to 50 000 kbs which is equivalent to 50 mbs and the file size will be roughly as the same size as it was from Compressor. I prefer using Compressor 4 because its a bit more advanced and its a paid software vs a free software.
