I got one of your holsters for my HK 45 . Nobody else makes one , anyway it’s a quality holster. I put a teardrop on it and it wears nicely . For the money it’s hard to beat in my eyes.

Good video, and great information!! Not to pee in anyone's Cheerios, but consider the expense and time commitment as you consider whether you want to carry a gun every day. Not only do you have the gun, the belt, and the Muddy River Tactical holster, but there are range fees and those classes. All this can become expensive in a hurry. I have an annual membership at my range, which helps mitigate the range fees, but ammo isn't cheap, and then there's the commitment to dry fire and drawing practice, which is free, but boring (at least to me).

Good video and great information. You all make good holsters. The Tiger Shark pattern is still one of the coolest holsters I've owned...:) As you said, finding the right firearm, position to carry and getting lots of training are important. I'd add that a good gun belt(and there's lots of good choices out there) is another important part of carrying concealed. Finally, I also think that another part of carrying is developing good footwork. Learn to create distance between yourself and an aggressive person or potentially violent situation. Distance buys you time and gives you choices. Short steps either backward/forward or to the side might look funny, but they could be the difference between getting hit or not getting hit and having the proper distance to draw your firearm. Any time you are forced to react because you allow an aggressive person to get too close, it can be life changing in a bad way. Carry the best equipment that you can afford and use safely(including your well made holsters). Try carrying in one position (not 6 o'clock..:)) for a while. Remember that smooth is fast and fast is smooth...:)

Kevin and his bunch are on my short list for my next holster. Getting a look at one of the other brands first because a friend has one. Gonna be a tough sell though, just because of how he presents himself and his company.👍

Thanks for watching! Paddle holsters are great for range use or open carry as they are quick and easy to take on and off. As far as concealment goes, they are not as good our as owb Kydex with belt loops

100% agree know local laws. Even within the state, from county to county, rules and legal temperament towards firearms, self defense and deadly force can vary. And even when you are traveling to a 2a friendly state, the laws as to where you can conceal carry can differ. I think it's important to pay close attention to the specific language of the laws of self defense which vary tremendously from one state to the next.

Just curious if you keep one in the chamber or not? Great job by the way MRT!

100%. In my opinion you need one in chamber without a doubt. Things can happen way faster than you ever think, so you do not want to be worrying about tacking pistol in that situation. Also this comes down to confidence as well. The more you train, the more comfortable you will be!
