My sweet, condensed Milk fudge is truly a delight for those with a sweet tooth. It's not as sweet as you may think but rather a perfectly balance of sweetness. GUYANESE CONDENSED MILK FUDGE
2 Cans condensed milk
1 Cup Demerara brown cane sugar
1 TSP Freshly grated nutmeg
Take a square dish or baking pan, lined with baking sheet, rub with oil and put aside
In a pan add condensed milk and sugar
Turn on stove and keep turning, cook until thicken
When done add nutmeg and mix
Transfer to dish, fold down baking sheet, place another dish or pan on top, place something heavy to keep top smooth and set aside to dry
When dry for a bit and is still warm to touch peel off baking sheet. Cut into squares and serve
