Getting water out ... loosing wight. Mma, boxing etc practitioners do this before combat to get advantage in the fight.

@@anubitebv just water, but at the end you'll see Toyama Sensei dropped by 2.2 kilos. That can mean entering a tournament in a lower weight division, and giving you a big advantage in size and power.

@@HenryBellinger i am saying that it doesn't have any benefits. It is not losing weight, but just water. If you drink 2 glasses of water, you will but it back. I think that this type of training is just to show that you can "trick" the scale with one training session right before the competition
