👍🏻👍🏻’s up! I live in a condo in Thailand and it appears that the builder used the exact same cabinets, bath and kitchen fixtures, etc… we also have a gym, 2 pools and a restaurant on campus. I pay $158.44 per. month for a studio.

It’s a clean unit. But 600 to 800 usd in a developing country for a small condo is a little bit nuts. They may get it. But not from me. I can get a3 bedroom house here in indianapolis Indiana for 1000 a month. That’s a 1200 sq ft place with a yard. I guess I would have to take a look at the amenities.but that’s a 300 to 400 place in my book

@@azhardav ugh. Been to Philippines not ac. Indiana/usa. Has far better infrastructure , build quality ,faster internet , better food, cleaner water. An ac has some Gogo bars. So yes there is no comparison. 700 dollars a month for that small apartment is nuts. No matter how you slice it

The places shown here do not represent a value. These prices and quality makes Thailand look cheap. At the end of the day. There is a dump for every man. But only at the right price

If there were more tourists it probably wouldnt be that high, it is cheap compared to even an airbnb here in the US, youre lucky to find a ROOM, inside of a person's home for less than 2000 dollars per month

Only foreigners can afford that price, way too much for locals. For a lot less you can rent a 2-3 bedroom house with a garage in a decent neighborhood in the same area.

@@azhardav I have a friend who runs 2 bars part owner of one his places is 2 bedroom, pool and gym for near half. I know there's cheaper so no hard pass on that thanks. On a fast search i found places from 10K to 170K, there were 25 condos and houses 2bed on ONE page after 10 pages they were still only up to 45K . I don't know where your looking mate.

@@azhardav Thailand visitation is fully off of hype, I didnt see what all the craze was about when I went there, too many ladyboys there for me. Theres much much more party type stuff there, but that is stuff that to me seems like it would serve as a one time 30th bday experience or something, Philippines always made me feel like I was home, I would move there tomorrow, if I didnt need a jab to get there.

@@azhardav Firstly, you conduct simple research/homework looking for property’s online or going through a local realtor. Secondly, walk/drive around the neighborhoods you like check out all the properties/apartments for rent. They will have signs out front. If you are married to Filipina or are dating one, have her go with n and speak to the renters so you don’t get the foreigner tax.

@@azhardav rule of thumb is you don't spend over 1/3 of income on rent. So the person has got a 6,000.00 month USD . What does this place offer that sets it apart.
