This tutorial teacher you how to connect cursive letters in design space, and discusses the difference between welding and attaching when cutting cursive letters.
Best script lettering tutorial by far. I've seen so many others, and they have all left out certain details that would make cutting letters a mess. Thanks for the help!

So I have a question. Say after you use your arrows to connect your words but its to close and you have to move them closer or apart and you can't get it to move straight so now your having a hard time getting your whole word straight again, how do your go about making your word/sentence straight again? Does that make sense?
@ayelets8742
4 жыл бұрын
Theres now an option in the tool bar where you can align everything. So I would select the whole word or sentence click on the align tool and you will see a bunch of options one looks like shapes with a straight line underneath. This will align it straight along the bottom. I hope that makes sense. I need to make some new videos with the updated software.

If the middle of the letter is disappearing it means your letters are too close together. Try spacing them out a little more and it should work. Alternatively you can try to make the whole word bigger weld and then resize
