Appreciate the videos, as a Canadian it's far too easy to get the wrong idea about our legal system based on American media. I hope I never need the knowledge you provide, but I'm glad I have it.

The answer is always "No, if we're talking we're talking outside at MY convenience." I'm Canadian, but distrust of authority is one if the best reasons why Americans own guns.

What if your kids or spouse opens the door for the police? Any obligation then for you to give a test? Would they be allowed to enter for any reason at that point without a warrant?

kids can't legally give consent to enter so any incriminating evidence they find is inadmissible if spouse then its gg

Even now, Public Health characters like Bonnie Henry can have law enforcement come to your residence based on your cellphone tracking. She apparently ordered the RCMP to target three churches in the Fraser Valley, based on cellphone tracking data her organization purchased from Telus ($200K). So in these instances, can you simply "not answer the door"? Do they need a warrant? This is the abuse of privacy and power BC public health engage in.

If you're looking for a "hot" topic, at least in my books, is that it is illegal to lie to police, but police can legally lie to me, by commission or omission. Why is this allowed?

Listen: police will use any ,any excuse ,listen, any, to lay charges, that is what they do. Hot pursuit is only one way police use .

Ok, so what if my toddler dialled 911 by accident and you had know idea until they show up. Once we all realize what had happened, are they still aloud to come in and search my house to “make sure everyone is safe”? Can I say no? Also, if I’m a passenger in my GF’s truck and she gets pulled over can they ask for my ID as well? I live in Ontario Canada 🇨🇦. These are questions I’ve always wanted to know. I’m not a thug or criminal but I see and hear things and it kinda bugs me. I was asked for ID though when my friend got pulled over. It was just a simple traffic stop (slightly speeding) lol.

If your toddler was distressed (even if innocuously) they have duty to make sure everything is fine. just bring the child to the door to confirm all is well. Sometimes they may show up even if you say it was a misdial on the phone

And when the RCMP show up at my door demanding to search and inspect simply because I have a firearms license? My guns havent left the house in several months, but there are some people that know I have guns in my home. They get pissed off at me and call the RCMP and make up some bullshit story...?
